Communication and information hub for aircrew and ground staff
If you need a quick and reliable way of getting roster changes out to crew members, and you need to know whether they have seen them – use ASL’s Crew Portal.
From any smartphone, tablet or PC crews can log in to their own published rosters and download them. They will be notified of any changes, reminded of expiry dates and can check their overtime, allowances and historic rosters. They can request leave, days off, and duty swaps, and check flight details and trip sheets. The Portal can be configured so that any roster changes have to be acknowledged on log in.
Crews can check in for duty remotely, or you can restrict this function to specific locations. A late check in will trigger a warning on the Roster Graphics.
Non-flying staff can log in to the portal to see flight details. And if you use the crewing system to roster non-flying crews such as ground staff or ops staff they can also use the portal to access their roster and check on and off duty.
