At Stobart Air, we have worked with ASL and New York now for more than 15 years. It would be fair to say that the system is very well embedded in to almost all of our operations processes. The biggest advantage, in my view, with using New York is the ability to get customisation completed quickly and with minimal fuss. To date we have worked with ASL to deliver customised functionality for the system; such as to support our crew roster change notification requirements; to integrate with our type B messaging service; to feed operational information to our 3rd part flight planning systems (PPS); and also to assist us with our EU-ETS monitoring & reporting compliance scheme. Most recently ASL have enabled us to comply with UK E-Borders requirements on our new franchise operation on behalf of Flybe based out of London Southend Airports.
